It's usually not, and b) you need to have TIME to dedicate to them, listen to their calls, provide feedback and get them to the level you need.

This could be a way to guarantee a steady stream of income while still working on higher-margin deals separately.Technically, that wouldn’t be wholesaling as I understand it (and may cause you some trouble in your search) but partnering with a dedicated marketer/closer in this way could be interesting.  

I'd start with Vacasa and Evolve customers in your market and unapologetically state that you are new, hungry, and cheap.

The issue I have is that the customer support at FTF is pretty horrendous.

Ideally, an individual landlord who self-manages a 2-8 unit property where you rent the majority of the building. (2) Creating a valuable offering: In business, you have to think about the problems your target customer has and then find a way to profitably solve them with a valuable offering. 

As work is complete, you can apply for draws and you'll be sent the money dedicated to the completed work.  

The homes are reasonably priced for the size and bones, allowing investors to customize homes with renovation or interior design prior to being able to attract guests at the right price.

I have customers that regardless of advice still want to buy in high end neighborhoods and buy luxury homes and hope for appreciation over cash flow.

What happens in situations like this is they start by going after the promoter and then go after every customer of the promoter.

I think the customer service, amenities, and ability to make the stay stress-free for the guest are the biggest advantages once you are booked.
