There need to be deadlines, agreements as to what happens if 'x' doesn't work out, etc., and hopefully an escape clause for the buyers in case a good condo comes up sold by people who actually intend to sell no matter what.Even if sellers agree to sell no matter what, there needs to be a deadline clearly specified for them to move out, it can't just be when they find a place.

But because the deadline is next week it is impossible to find anyone who could do or go through your taxes, so I'm scrambling to prep everything myself in the best way possible given the circumstances.

I was firm with the tenants multiple times over text/in person and essentially hardballed them with a strict deadline saying their items may get damaged by contractors by this date, and they ended up clearing everything out.Didn’t have to pay them any cash, hire an attorney, build a shed, or pay for storage.
