Currently, I am looking at Hemlame for local, I tried to use them for an out-of-state investment property, but the cost with an agent would end up far greater than a full-service property manager.The dream option would combine all accounting, bill pay, rent collection, provide eviction services, and maintenance coordination outside of normal hours.

I currently have sold a few residential homes in my time as a realtor, but I'm more-so looking to become an active real estate investor and agent.

We’ve found a great option for us in Tennessee with a cabin (currently used as a str) and a mobile home.

What is your current approach to lead generation? 

Ask to speak with some of their current owners and current/former tenants.

I’m currently operating in South Georgia market. 

We live in Southwestern Ontario and currently it's a 6 hour drive to Columbus.
