In your opinion, what are the best areas to buy investment properties?

I agree with the majority that this electronic currency or “digital currency” is just too new to have a very educated opinion but of course you can do your due diligence to be ahead for that matter.

There are 4 to 5 houses on this private drive way which is paved like a street but is not maintained by the city and most if not all of these houses belong to family members in the estate.I have to concerns about buying this property and please fill me in on your thoughts and opinions.  1. 

Buy something then the following year rent that out and then buy something else. 6% interest is better that 100% interest in rent in my opinion.

We do have our retirement accounts, brokerage accounts, HSA accounts, etc… and will continue to invest money into those respective accounts for retirement purposes.With above stated, I would appreciate if  anyone can give me an honest opinion on how to start my journey as in what would be the best operation plan/strategy given my current situation and assumed future plans before partaking.Thanks in advance for anyone replying and assisting in the matter.

If you're looking at Akron, definitely look at Detroit as well.In my opinion (and I'm very biased here with 12-doors in Detroit), there's better growth potential in Detroit.
