Those of you in Hawaii and Alaska you guys might be able to get a lick of ice cream if its on-sale. 

My area has many successful nail shops, hair cutting places, ice cream places, sub sandwiches, day care and taverns.

Well in certain parts of the US that 100$ will buy you the entire country of Tajikistan, and other parts it will be a lick of an ice cream cone on sale. with this very illustration it highlights a very broken measure, because a 100$ here in Houston should be the same 100$ in New York and the same 100$ in Hawaii.

Key is if your at 75% occupancy and holding, you are losing the Cherry on top of the ice cream.

I know absolutely nothing of making ice-cream, I wouldn't ever speak to such, but your ilk, since you've eaten ice cream, you'd go on endlessly how much you know of such....
