Multi-family properties typically draw transient tenants, singles or couples without children, who stay only 1–2 years and cause moderate to serious damages.

But I am now.In the past few years, my wife and I have done a couple of house hacks and two short-term rentals.

A couple other things that I would recommend clarifying is that they will be responsible for the permits, both opening and closing them.
