You could certainly invest in other markets (that are not your primary residence), but you just are not allowed to use your VA loan entitlement.Happy to connect and continue to learn about real estate investing opportunities together!

Hi Leah, I don't agree with the comments about wholesalers I've helped a lot of people struggling to get out of their properties, especially when realtors are asking them to do repairs they don't want to or can't do.

@Christian Hwangjust curious - if what you're doing is working, why not continue doing it?

And continue the process.  

Focus your nightly pricing on February and continue to work your pricing one month out. 

Another rental is in a great area but has struggled recently due to increased competition from newly built apartment complexes.
