Education is a wonderful thing - make sure your prospective tenants have some and motivation.  

When I was first on this site I would advised against paid education, I saw it as all grossly overpriced and unecessary.

You'll be able to meet others starting out as well as hear from guest speaker's and their education and knowledge on investments! 

The wealth part is correct, but not from their reals estate, rather through selling education.
