We respectfully suggest that HUD will exceed its statutory scope of review if it interprets states’ exclusions as non-compliant with the SAFE Act.

I don't know what the rules are now, but I believe you still need to be FCC compliant when recording.

It would be a good way for you to go, being compliant, fully amortized as moving out to a balloon would have a loan balance below loan minimums that wouldn't likely be obtainable.

You get a servicer to be compliant with all the communication/collection aspects.

Do more than three and you must be fully compliant. 

As to gurus, my dad recently told me that if he could attend some clinic and learn or see something different (actually, marching into different formations can be rather complex moving 120 players around) that it was worth the price of the book or clinic and they were not cheap.Good ideas are valuable, so long as they can be replicated by others, are compliant and fit into ethical business practices.

When I build a new house or whatever I always make it ADA compliant except for the counter tops.
