Put the new furnace next to it, and have the HVAC tech swap over the electric, gas/oil pipe, flue pipe, and water lines or ducts (use flex duct rather than having sheet metal bent).

As someone who primarily funds loans from CMBS, agency, and insurance companies I think this info is on point.Despite turbulent capital markets, roiling from weakness in China and a downward spiral in oil and stock prices, borrowers at the onset of 2016 have an abundant array of attractive financing options available for acquiring or refinancing multifamily properties.

Also, right now, values are the highest they have ever been, so at this moment now, it would probably be a good idea to hold off investing here, especially with the low oil price and layoffs of oil and state jobs.
