Columbus in particular is seeing tremendous growth as a result of big-tech companies like Intel and Google expanding their presence here, which is contributing to market appreciation.

Renting per room can indeed maximize your earnings by allowing you to have multiple tenants contributing to your rental income.

There are also a variety of skills that contribute to the development of a project.

I'm keen to understand if there are any factors or considerations that I may be overlooking which could be contributing to the difficulty in finding suitable renters.
