Didn't even bother to tell me why.

This has proved very convenient for me as she's able to get me info on properties very quickly, but she doesn't work actively as an agent, as she is also a full time appraiser, so I don't want to bother her to sift through the MLS for me all day long, and I'm more than willing to help another agent get paid if they can bring me a deal worth doing.

I sometimes wondered why they didn't bother trying to expand over the years , but I guess they just didn't have to. 

Here are the list of things that bother me about this analysis:1 - Vacancy is too low. 

If it is positive is it enough to make the effort of managing a property and tenants worth the bother.

An extra $10 per applicant would produce an additional $3,690 income but I don't bother with it.

I wouldn't bother anyone about it.  

I don’t know the California housing market at all really but if you’re moving to Nashville soon, even in the next couple years, I wouldn’t bother with that Cali purchase.

Don't bother trying to sub meter.

Also, in a hot market, some owners don't want to be bothered gathering every detail on the property for "tire-kickers" so they may not be willing to provide some of the additional info until a contract is accepted.
