Most of the other requirements (land features, proximity to substation) can be possibly screened before the decision.Regarding the acreage, I believe there are two different types of solar farms being discussed but correct me if I am wrong.1.

Currently I'm having a hard time filling my rooms, and it's making me re-think should I allow cosigners if I screen them more? 

Better locations = better tenants (assuming your PM company screens properly, I always want first right to green light applications until my PM understands with crystal clarity on what type of tenant I want.) 

Just like the last comment, the list of problems we have is just too long to add here, but from the bad screening of the tenant to the work order that you pay and NEVER get done, you will need to inspect your property every time "they complete a work order."

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

You want a service that provides a full credit report, full criminal, identity verification, etc.Then it would help if you had clear screening criteria.
