I assume you were chasing the low bid and unfortunately this led to abysmal contract management on your part.

Rich doesn't last, successful does.You are young and motivated which is awesome, but you are chasing the wrong thing.

We currently use chase, also had good luck withWells fargo as their branch near me had really good people.

I've been resisting BofA, Wells Fargo, Chase and other like banks. 

Any contractor you get I'd recommend giving them the notice from the City so they can chase down the issues and/or see what all is needed from the City.

Those folks that chased bought the top and are now hurting.I see the same for markets talked about here on BP.

JPMorgan Chase, Nationwide, Honda, L Brands, Huntington, and Amazon are just a few of the many companies that have thousands of jobs in the city. 

Also, don't expect straight streets - the roads look like spaghetti dumped on the ground from a birds eye view as the developers wanted to make as many lake view properties as possible.
