There is no easy path to starting REI and difficult paths will lead to the biggest opportunity.If you are using wholesaling to get into buy and hold real estate investing; I would start with a narrow focus on low down opportunities for yourself and let the wholesaling be a by product of your own acquisition process.Do some research into the subject to process and reach out to other local investors here and by attending networking events.

An inspector spotted 3 mailboxes, thought he found an illegal 3 family in a 2 family zone.The city's beef was I didn't get a permit to do it, the complaint read "basement not in accordance to plans".
