@Brian Larson - Are you asking how to assess rental demand in any given market? 

Basically, it talks about the scope, timeline, and payment terms.

Is there a funky property tax issue that arises with the collateral that is a local municipality error and can lender quickly analyze the situation, assess and articulate the risk and allow draws to carry on or will they make the life of the borrower miserable?

Dumb question, but is asking a police officer to swing by just to assess if there is weed (quick smell test) be too much/a violation of anything/asking for trouble?

We're not curing cancer; it's just buying real estate, doing some basic math, buying some furniture and kitchen utensils, maybe getting creative with some amenities, and listing properties on STR platforms...it's daunting when you're new, certainly a grind to get started, but it's not a mystery or puzzle to solve.

I've been doing this basically my whole life and I can tell within about 5 minutes of a phone conversation if I'm dealing with somebody that I can trust and also dealing with somebody that knows how this system works.
