When we fill out the information for Nationwide, we think we know what we are doing, but the truth is, if you were to use a Nationwide agent, they should know more about the in's-and-out's of Nationwide's offerings since that is the only company they work with.

Truth is, you can be a slumlord with tenants paying $3,000 a month in a million dollar property.

Many will tell you more about it than you would ever imagine.Getting additional info from the owner is helpful but getting it from the tenants is almost always more enlightening (and truthful).

You had a tenant that paid late every single month by your own admission for at least 6 months and you're now expecting them to tell you the truth?

You will be better off with one that is willing to tell the truth, and not try to hide reality.
