Another would be refinance and invest in more, but if they aren’t cash flowing now, then then won’t after a refi.You could sell them on seller financing so you continue to get a monthly income for a period of time and spread out your capital gains.

Definitely go the legal route here, don't rent out the basement unless you have the OK from the relevant authorities--it's regulated for a reason (fire safety, carbon monoxide poisoning, etc.) and your insurance will not have your back if something goes wrong.

In my opinion, if what you want is leads, you aren't going to make the right use out of Pro because you will be trolling for buyers and sellers instead of being an asset to the community and answering questions.If you've been a Pro member for several years and have only made three posts, you haven't been interacting with the community over that timeframe and that is where relationships are built.
