Do you know if this is a professional company or is it a couple amateurs that saw some YouTube videos looking to make easy cash?

It’s the in-between amateur “expert” seller that doesn’t take good advice that receives mediocre returns for their efforts. 

New investor question, so apologies if this is an amateur question.

Don't be fooled by an amateur approach like this!

I do own one rental property so I am an amateur at best in the real estate field.

You are the reason we get a bad name and justifiably are seeing legislation requiring licensure.When you work with amateurs, expect amateurish behavior.

Then make connections with local REI professionals and amateurs and starting building a team for that area. 

And believe me they will CONVINCE you to do crap like door knocking, bandit signs and Direct mail marketing...But know this...ANYONE that will tell you to do ANY form of marketing and the first thing that comes out of their mouth is NOT: "Cost/deal".. they are amateurs, knows NOTHING about investing and you need to slap them with a 3 week old rotten salmon (the "m" is silent btw, in fact, so is the "l"...

That was entirely their fault, and it was a foolish, amateur decision. 

This is what all the YouTube gurus and amateurs preach, but it's completely unnecessary.
