I didn't have much imagination for it. 5 years ago I started looking at buying a larger home I could house hack because it allowed me to get a larger property than I could afford.

Years ago we didn't require it and just recommended it to the tenant, but it's so cheap and gives our insurer something/someone to abrogate against should we have to make a claim that we don't allow it to be optional anymore. 

@Phillip Austin we've looked into these and it's our opinion they should only be used with Class A tenants, maybe Class B - deifinitely NOT Class C or D tenants.Several companies in this area will no longer allow S8 leases or tenants under 600 credit scores - because of the high number of claims & corresponding claim amounts.

Smoking outside is allowed but I'm 100% sure that isn't happening.

Signed into law in 2021, SB 9 is designed to address the housing crisis by allowing greater density in residential neighborhoods.

Assumptions: specifically allowed in city ordinances, mobile home manufacturing in the area, or that someone heavily marketed that area as a retirement location in the past. 

However if you try to charge $20 for each piece of tape or something else egregious I would expect a magistrate to consider that usurious and not allow it.

This allows me to work somewhat remotely in areas where land values are high.
