If you want a city, Philly can be done if you know where the blocks break.

I have had some good luck with NBKC (Kansas City bank).

My name is Rebecca and my husband, Nick Knox III and I have run Captain Save a Home LLC, Brew City REI Club, Brew City REI Training Cafe and Wisconsin Contractor and Handyman Club based out of Milwaukee, WI for over a decade.

In the cities the government got involved in housing and low income housing was built for poor people.

So in order to continue to invest, I buy properties in a couple of cities on the outskirts such as Florence, Coolidge, and Casa Grande where the properties are below the median price point.

I'm open to all suggestions regarding different cities that meet my requirements and would love to chat with some realtors who have local experience working with investors.  

I don't know what your budget looks like but this city is really inconsistent or "street by street."

But this is Rare.. you cant compare most low value areas of cities in the mid west or Rust belt to Charleston SC.. 

Geographically, Michigan, New York and Ohio are great states to invest in with low barriers to entry. 

Should be "*City Name* Real Estate Investors."
