Hey everyone,My wife and I are new investors in the Western Mass area.

The stream which is a tributary into Keg Creek is along the Western edge of the pond area.

I help run one in Forest Park here in the western suburbs, and I also attend a local land lording group in Berwyn.

A couple questions and thoughts that have came across my mind are below.Contributing factors: (My goal as most newer investors is to reach financial freedom)-Area: Western Suburbs of Chicago.

Its a great system and the customer service is exactly what you'd expect from a mid western company.

Western University opened up in 2011 invited a large amount of medical students and other health services. the growth started a bit slow but seeing the success of the university and its efforts to expand investors are flocking this town.There are many more things going on in more towns but this post has gotten too long and I will leave the rest for another post.

I'm planning on getting a multi-family in Pennsylvania too (though in western PA.)
