If needed I will buy materials (paint, cabinets, flooring, tiles, sheetrock, mud etc and have it delivered to job site or picked up by contractor from the supplier) and pay for labor once the job is done.

And not sure if net 90 was just Atlanta, but I would imagine it's company-wide.Builders First Source is another national supplier (second largest in the country) who is either net 60 or net 90.

If there wasn't much of a price difference from your supplier, I'd go with two panel instead of 6 panel... just to dress things up a bit.
