I can't speak to other parts of Ohio, but it's not the gravy train around here you may be hearing. 

Without any of the pre-paid training?

It does take some training to become proficient but seems to be the most widely accepted.

A mixed use zone can be a good transition between residential and commercial.Impact - My wife used to live in a dorm with a high speed train going by every couple hours.

I can tell you the aluminum is far stronger than the gluelam data that I found:  the company presentation is reporting some strength value at 2400 psi while 6061-T6 is ~40,000 yield / ~45,000 ultimate. 

and I think the lending industry has firmed that up a bunch.It was a train wreck in the last decade of under capitalized investors buying out of state rentals.No way anyone is going to be made whole buying any kind of mid west property and having to sell it within a few years..

But from a consumer protection standpoint, it will train wreck a system that overall does a pretty good job of protecting buyers and sellers without a whole lot of government intervention and oversight.

Next thing you know, the $20,000 - $40,000 you've spent on his training could have been better spent on an actual investment.
