Always good to check on crime in the area, which is why I usually at least take a look at this:https://www.trulia.com/homes/California/Sacramento...Scroll down to the map and click on the police/crime icon to view reported incidents.

Scroll down the the page and you'll see the universal class link.

Try clicking on your photo in the upper right corner, then click on "Profile Options", and finally scroll down to where it says "Occupation".

@Wes Shaw I use city-data it is a good starting point for housing data, amd whole lot more, just keep scrolling down.

If you use Zillow, type in the subject property, scroll down 'til you see Price/Tax History, then look for the 'county assessment' highlighted in blue, and it'll display both property and mailing address of property owner.
