I think that's sage advice and that settles it for me

There are so many ways to make money in the equine world from farrier to exercise rider on a track to teaching students to grooming for $500k+ jumpers to hunter jumper catch riding to managing a breeding farm to running a boarding barn to therapeutic riding.

I use Sage 100 however I do have multiple things going on -- 18 rentals, starting to rehab/sell, and consulting.

HUD had a transition in Asset Managers last month (Although the names of the companies changed the personnel remained the same but the Southwest region has gone form 3 to 2 asset managers with one company Sage getting the bulk of the listingsSaying that , it also appears that the pattern of accepting bids has changed.  88% still seems to be the counter range for most bids.

Marlon Thomas , Scott Choppin gave you some sage advice up there.

In that scenario the person faces losing 100% of their government support if they move, or if they manage to hold onto their funding they have to start all new therapeutic and caregiving relationships, a highly challenging adjustment.
