Where every member has rockstar contacts and between all members have a rockstar contact on everything you could possibly need.  

Make sure your plan is rock solid, unlike hard money, you can't pay a point to extend the loan.

They came back saying it needs to be approved (which is fine) but now also want to potentially charge $6k for a portion of the lot that is owned by the community to install rocks/gravel.
