Medford (North Boston) happens to be a low supply/high demand market so I absolutely need to get more comfortable with consistent rent increases but those increases need to be researched and in line with the market.

For flipping, I am in the learning phase so I’ll be doing a lot more research and asking people with experience at meetups.

I thought I could just have a title company do some research and provide me with information about her property (Liens, unpaid debts etc.).

After a bit more research, I actually think renting a place will get me started faster and earn some experience doing Airbnb with a little less risk involved.Obviously I still need to be concerned about not violating a lease agreement by doing so and I would likely live on the property and lot or all the time.Ownership is still the ultimate goal, but this looks a faster party to self driven income.

I actually have done a lot of research on this because I love 1980s and 1990s arcade games and plan to collect my favorite 7-8 games eventually.
