Imagine in March 2020 you looked at the economy and decided to wait on the sidelines...or worse sell.

I would recommend hanging tight until the March/April time frame to list it, and working with a realtor to identify a few other investments that may make sense.

For example, in my business we sell rehabbed properties in the midwest in good B and C class areas, with a tenant in place, and a very streamlined process.

I am attending a 3 day workshop in charlotte on march 1st to learn more deep diving into it.

My timeline for this year is to prepare as much as possible for my search from January - March.

Hot water tanks, roofs, turnovers, Covid, etc ... all crushed my cash flow but appreciation marches on.
