I am overnight in Texas again in Nov... but in Ft Worth...

In NOV, 28 day cruise from Hong Kong to Sydney.

For the previous 10 years, my wife and I worked for two of the biggest tech companies in the world (I focused on Strategic Innovation and M&A - some pretty capitalistic stuff, in my opinion :).

Be interesting to see if Apple can maintain the same level of innovation and customer intimacy without Jobs.

What other solutions exist in this industry that you have found particularly useful or innovative?

As far as taxes are concerned Seller had already agreed to pay us prorated cost as per 2014 taxes, but we know that the taxes for 2015 are going to be definitely higher and have an amendment in the HUD to have them reimburse the amount once the taxes for 2015 comes up which is sometime in Nov 2015..My wife is signing the papers as we I write.Kind Regards,Rajiv

Both of these loans were done in Nov. of 2006 and the owner has never made the agreed payments.
