It seems like it basically up to you to do the math on how much more you will potentially make selling each unit individually and then deciding if that extra $$$ is worth the number of extra hours you will spend.

When a child LLC (disregarded entity) is used to hold each property, and all of the tax reporting is done on the tax return of the parent entity, does each individual child LLC need to file the BOI Report, or only the parent LLC?

The insurance would not be valid for two reasons:1) the insured “individual” is no longer the owner2) the insurance was for an owner occupant, not a rentalMost people DO change the insurance to reflect the llc as owner and as a rental.
