I live near Garden of the Gods and people come from all over the world to see it. 

I have a mid-high end house I've had in a popular area in an allegedly hot market, but it's unsold after 5 months, and I'd love some fresh eyes for a second opinion.Are there any flippers in the area that would be willing to spend an hour (paid) to give their tips to help move it?

I am freshly entering the professional world in Northeast Ohio from the University of Akron.

I guess all my  houses will be paid for, I can tear them down , rent the land for gardens or robot salvage yards. 

Not a bargain IMO, as I’m not sure what the market value would be as a tic. 1- it’s really tiny, this isn’t HK, Singapore or even Manhattan and not a lot of tiny units trade hands in SF. 2- it really depends on things like the entrance to the unit, garden space, etc.  

Thanks for the info. in maine we have added risk and weight of snow and ice. risky add more weight to aging roof. ive done both. but prefer rentals get metal roofs so no build up no replacement for 30-50 years. btw 1 inch ice equals 12 inch fresh snow.  

The carpet was cleaned, fresh paint, all the appliances come with it, etc.The house really looks to be move-in ready besides maybe some very minor work that shouldn't cost a lot of cash.
