Is there a better way to find out how many existing units are there in each town, or do I need to drive to each facility and ask?

Hey @Megan OConnor, I can't comment on the area specifically but it is doable.You need to search AirBNB and VRBO to get a look at the competition (don't forget to look at VRBO)You have to work into your plans the downturn during the off season.

If you need some connections, I run the most active group of small landlords in the city and have a network of connections that you could potentially leverage.

As far as timeframe, anywhere from 21-45 days depending on how quick a borrower gets their docs to underwriting, how long the appraisal takes, etc.
