As someone above had mentioned you have to be weary of the HOA in any given building and what the implications are for you renting out that condo or short term (Air Bnb) when you decide to move out, pending you didn't want to sell!

This is why we aren't operating the Air Bnb ourselves. 3 bed, 1 bath, 1200 sqft, no hot tub as of now.Recently renovated, siding will be replaced later in May.

Forced air will usually make buildings be too dry for human comfort (under 40%) and certainly to dry for mold (needs 65%).
