I noticed their business is listed as an LLC on their Zillow profile, and we also found that they have a few other unrelated LLC businesses that didn’t seem to work out for them over the years and were short-lived.

In my business for example we texted about 35k people last month and got 163 leads and about 3 contracts out of that.What does that work out to "cost per contract"?

We routinely turn off boilers during the summer to prevent them from running to keep up to temp all the time during the warm months.

Additionally, I would like to attempt to do the process Owner/Builder with subcontracting work out as well as doing some of the work I'm comfortable with (I have some experience with bathroom & kitchen remodeling an am not new to the construction industry).

If you don’t mind a little more advice…when I’m running projections like this, I like to use the worst case scenario and if the numbers don’t work out in that scenario, I usually pass on the deal.
