It was a thread with almost all aspiring women real estate investors about some master class that was $7 and a mentorship program costing $20,000 run by a woman investor.

What's annoying is the woman (one of the "expert" who played "mentor" role) kept on asking him rhetorical questions to prove the value of their program and act like it's the only way for one to succeed in the real estate market.

I have also been introduced recently to a woman who is looking to be a financial partner.

Really puts into perspective my strategy given my current situation.I will continue to accumulate capitol and work on my skills/knowledge for when i will embark on my rental real estate journey whether it be here (if i stay longer than anticipated) or when I come back to the US once my contract is completed.
