Interesting as there were a couple of posts a year ago after the widely distributed article in the media essentially calling it a STR crash.

Permits can vary widely by location, so having a reliable contractor network will help streamline that part of the process.Also, don’t forget to factor in things like insurance, especially in hurricane-prone areas.

Right now you are just looking with a wide scope.

There is no way to really get an adequate perspective because there will always be a very wide variance of thought processes.

It is not always about stats.Recommendations:Neighborhood-Level Research: Don't just look at city-wide data.
