Have a list prepared around a nice area of houses that you have selected that will fit your criteria....maybe see the insides of one or two?

It's honestly insane how you people call yourselves investors yet your never prepared for hardships or things that come up.

You buy investments and everything goes well, so you sit back on your laurels thinking this is a pretty easy gig.
