I wrote this in another thread on Wed or Thurs, but on two of them I'm calling back my capital because some of their investments are just getting too risky and they're more or less bragging about it to investors(getting 14-17% yield).

They should know the process super well and have their own contacts with leaders and managers to be able to ensure things run smoothly.There is a weekly open-office time for residents to be able to sit down with their case manager (I think it's Weds, but I haven't seen the time printed out recently so it may have changed.

Would not be a stretch to use AI or bots to do reverse image searches of your profile pics to scour the web for direct booking sites. 

So when you go out to eat for a wedding anniversary, you go to McDonalds right?

He demonstrated to be very concerned about his image and answered very fast, scheduling a visit for the next day directly with the tenant.

That all rich people (or at least those that sell the image of wealth) deserve everything they have and therefore must be trustworthy.
