I always love reading everyone’s viewpoints.....but is there a correct one?

I've learned from teaching public school that  WHO you spend your time with & family impressions are 90% + drivers for what viewpoints your have and how seriously you take your actions. 

Not everybody does, or has insufficient resources to diversify.Just another viewpoint...Are you a GP?  

While it sounds good from a diversity viewpoint, it actually increases your risk because you're unlikely to be a master at all of them.Additionally, be sure to understand Class A, B, C & D properties for each area you invest.

I've got a pretty wide-scoping background (construction, banking and finance, house hacking, and professional property management) that has allowed me to see property investing from a multitude of viewpoints.

I bring up those questions to highlight that I would look at it from your money investors view point to make sure you keep him or her happy.

lol).Though I understand everyone else's viewpoints, I'm as the same mindset as @Douglas Middleton.

After examining the analysis I had done on his offer and then taking a look at my counters from the view point of a buyer he realized that what he was asking for it was a waste of time and if he were to put it on the market and try to sell it to a stranger nobody would want it with his numbers through seller finance.
