I have not yet done high-velocity AC. 

You can do more velocity in the same time span.So for a bunch of tenants with more mom and pop for me it would have to be a 4 million center and up with a six figure check to take that on for my time.Any broker or agent that is in demand will work on reasonable type requests they see as possible.

Doesn't seem like you've really conquered the market you're in and buying 1 house a year isn't a velocity that would justify needing to expand into another market.

Like Account Closed said "banks are not in the business of calling a performing note due" their business is investing in debt and collecting interest, "velocity of money" etc.

I recently started researching on velocity banking.

But, the velocity of bad debt totally died down in October, which is a very good sign.

They have started this program called Velocity which is essentially a permit expediting process (for a fee).

I understand the concept of the velocity of money, but I also understand that increased debt means increased risk. 

Please read and learn about the velocity of money to prepare your mindset. 

I assume this will only accelerate the velocity of investments and revitalization in these areas?
