When sending direct mail is there a requirement to advertise your brokers logo?

And forget that people have feelings, and true business is really about being aware of that.I used to be part of a Real Estate agency called Synergy RE (inspired by Stephen Covey), and on our business card was a logo of two people intertwining (an artsy kind of drawing). 

I'm not going to name any big bank names, but when I look through the "ABC Down Payment Assistance" guidelines I see "XYZ Big Bank" logo all over the ABC guidelines.

I will ask though Mindy, is there a way to get my company name and logo on them without using a PDF editor?

You can get the same forms that realtors use without the realtor logo that you can use to write your own offers.

.- Logo designed and color palette chosen for consistency and professional look- Facebook and Instagram biz pages put in place- I am a graphics designer and created templates for coming soon, new listing, etc online ads using chosen color scheme- Website created (no IDX due to no money :-) )- Door knocking on 100 doors and left flyers I designed.

And yes, fein should suffice, i remember there was an individual service offered by www.mynewcompany.com or .net but seemed like they changed name or bought out, the logo is still the same so not sure if services changed.

It boggles my mind when I see brand-new investors talking about setting up an LLC for each property, bank accounts for each LLC, hiring a CPA, developing a business logo, setting up a web site, etc.People set up an LLC to protect themselves.

I will send more professional black and white letters or something with company logo if you have one. 

A simple fence, keyed access, a logo and a name can go a long way to define the area for your buyers.
