What do you do if you are on vacation, and an emergency happens at the property?

Hocking Hills is wonderful market to invest in due to its location and the fact it's a sub vacation market.

Has anyone been in a similar position, or has had success offering this type of agreement to a previous owner of a property who has not yet voluntarily vacated?

Recommend that she contact the state's rental assistance program, the victims' assistance program, and make other arrangements to pay or vacation within three days to find more suitable housing - like Section 8.Run your business - or risk having the tenant ruin it.

I do well, at least enough to go on vacations as a family, put money into high yield savings accounts, max out the ROTHs and add to investments when I can with money saved in savings and checking accounts.

Without knowing all of your specifics, I'd say that it's only worth holding on to if you can reasonably expect to have some really good appreciation in the near future (like 5 yrs)....Or, in the case where it would run well as a vacation rental, you could switch the usage, maybe?

I originally wanted to buy into a vacation rental market but this last year has been crazy and we seemed to have been priced out.

Depending on the price point, they may already be running targeted ads in cities/metros for buyers that may be looking for a second home/vacation home.

If you do a good job, the judge will reward you with an eviction, usually 5 days for the tenant to vacate (five days because that is the time period that tenant has to file for an appeal of the judges verdict).
