The amount of money you make is in a different digit.

Utilities are OFTEN overlooked so reach out to power, telecom, gas (or go all electric), water, and sewer to make sure you understand what it would take to get separately metered services from the primary house.

Does anyone know how or if evictions from a utility space/garage differs from a residential eviction?  

I plan to put a $600 utility cap in the lease.

Not only will you get more square footage for the price, but many condos include utilities in the rental fee, so you won’t have to worry about additional charges for electricity or water.

I have flipped new homes and townhomes but phased out raising a family and now am focused on utilizing my skills which are building, selling, expanding a circle of influence to focus my effort on the above.
