Your agent can market this in the public remarks so buyers see this.  

Have your realtor search the remarks area for seller financing. 

Have only had one issue out of about 20 tenants where the tenant is just a problem anyway and makes constant remarks about how expensive the rent is despite it still being at least $200 below market.

As for your company getting quality, I was not remarking on.

In "CA MLS", the "private" remark field data has lot more (hidden) information , we use to be able to read it but they close it again.

It will show up when a word you search for is in the listing description either in the Public and/or Extended remarks. 

Almost nobody is ever selling a duplex, which is also remarkable.
