Then you are in control of that money.Dealing with an insurance came is never easy, and sometimes it can be downright a pain.  

But they are a pain in the butt to deal with.

Not saying it can't be done at two separate title co's but it's a pain.....and I wouldn't recommend it just starting out. 

It was a pain, but in the end, I came out ahead as there are rent caps in the area and got good tenants. 

Probably not, but I'd see what my CPA and attorneys have to say.Be a pain having tenants pay you twice too.Also, passive income is already treated pretty favorably after deductions such as depreciation.

I know wholesalers and EM is not a big issue for them its one of their smallest pain points..

., it's a pain to transition software no matter what you're coming from or going to.

The only caution I give people is to make sure they have a solid income to where they won't feel the pain of the loan. 

I have 29 of them and rarely have any turnovers which are a pain and eat up profits.

If these servicing companies can’t get their act together and this pain in the neck activity continues, we may just pay these loans off entirely or refinance with our local credit union.
