There are also a couple of Goodwill/Habitat for Humanity outlets nearby.So I'll do the roof, the floors, the counter, the painting, the fence, and if I have money left for extras, maybe I'll put tumbled travertine on the fireplace surround.I guess I know the fireplace is the least of my worries, but sometimes it's comforting to focus on something you can control!

If they leverage too much, their house of cards comes tumbling down.Investors who are very conservative do not grow nearly as fast, but they also very rarely lose any of their investments.It comes down to how much risk you are comfortable with, and how much investing you want to do.

I would be leaving all appliances, including washer and drier, rent would also cover water, weekly trash service, pest control, unlimited wifi and probably some furniture.
