Hi Everyone,Sorry for the rushed nature of this post, but I am doing this troubleshooting live so please bear with me.I am working with a agent on a purchase a SFH in KCMO and he sends offers/contracts via DOTLOOP.

Do they do an effective job troubleshooting over the phone?

Pit Falls and upsides/troubleshooting would be most appreciated.

I send them a final email the day they arrive and try to troubleshoot problems the moment they come up (smoke alarm was beeping last night for our current guests but I told him to press the right button to stop it). 

They do what may be more efficient for them but not necessarily the owner (I.e. replace versus troubleshoot and repair) or do what makes them more money (extra turnover work that isn't necessary). 

You can troubleshoot repair new subfloor one day, and put vinyl down the next.

So no you have not paid for a particularly dirty turnover.2) it's called cleaning fee but it's not just the money paid to the maid it's also the "project management fee" including communication time with the guests, troubleshooting because they can't dial a code or just  the inspection.

Troubleshooting maintenance and dealing with contractors will also be very educational.
