Smoking is smoking, whether it's smoke from tobacco or marijuana or cloves, it's smells and, depending on proximity, it's second hand smoke.

In reality, the legal costs associated with suing a major corporation would likely bankrupt the plaintiffs long before it had any major impact on the company...Well I think the tobacco companies may disagree with you here.

If it is in the walls and we know what it may be (tobacco, pet, etc), we have a recipe (tsp, rinse, seal, paint)... or if it is from the floors, we clean or even pull the flooring (seal underneath refloor, etc)...One simple carpet one I use is sprinkling the large (13.5 lb)  bags of baking soda into the carpet (if carpeted)... work it into the floor with stiff broom, so it gets into carpet to pad.

Yes, I went through a redneck phase where I dipped tobacco and wore cowboy boots, but eventually I got out of high school. 

However, we discovered pipe tobacco smokers are actually pretty good.

The community (to me, seems like a B- based on crime data and income data (hopefully I am not misanalyzing this area) but the city is growing pretty well thanks to Wake Forest University and of course the Tobacco industry, so I may be misinterpreting it)More on the city...

The warnings are on most buildings, restaurants, markets, gas stations, auto dealers, wherever alcohol/tobacco/Rx are sold, etc.
