And what they did prevent was the ridiculous wealth gap we now see and enabled huge investments in infrastructure (like the entire interstate, railroads, electrification, telecommunications etc etc) that we still rely on today.For all the whining about changes in tax policy for real estate or capital gains, there is no historical evidence to suggest it will dramatically change the trajectory of the market.

As cellular telecommunications continue to implement wireless technology, they are running into the issue as to where to put their wireless towers.

It takes more work to build up a team remotely, but the joy of modern telecommunications is that you aren't stuck buying your properties in the crazy overheated Bay Area market and can look elsewhere in the country.  

TV and telecommunication service is one sector that's experiencing negative inflation LOLmeaning the supplier is selling below their production cost, sometimes TV and cell phone cost is much less than a nice BBQ dinner outside LOL
